| Megan O'Neil VP Corporate Communications |

For the last 10 years Ms. O'Neil has held numerous executive management positions with
responsibilities covering corporate branding and integrated communications. Most recently
Megan was the Director of Corporate Communications at Fujtisu Computer Systems where
she was instrumental in launching the TabletPCT platform including co-marketing activities
with Microsoft and Intel. |

Ms. O'Neil has held corporate marketing positions at Riversoft, Ventro and IBM where she was
responsible for the development and delivery of corporate branding and marketing
campaigns. While at IBM, Megan developed marketing campaigns for the company's first
line of networked storage products as well the global marketing materials and strategies to
support its worldwide IBM field sales organization. |

Ms. O'Neil received her BSC in Business from Santa Clara University and MS in Mass
Communications from San Jose State University. |
